Product Overview

The screw conveyor (auger conveyor) is a continuous bulk material handling machine that moves powder, granules and small lump materials along an enclosed trough by means of a rotating helical flight. Driven by a motor and gearbox, the spiral screw pushes material axially from the inlet to the discharge opening, and the machine can be installed horizontally, inclined up to 60 degrees, or vertically.

It handles cement, fly ash, sand, grain, soybean meal, feed pellets, fertilizer, plastic granules, sawdust, biomass fuel, sludge and various chemical powders, with a standard material temperature up to 200 C and a heat-resistant version up to 400 C. Shaftless and twin shaft designs are available for sticky, fibrous or high tonnage duties.

Packing & Delivery

The machine is wrapped with waterproof film, fixed on a pallet and packed in a export wooden case. Spare parts, motor and control cabinet are packed separately. Delivery time is 7-15 working days after deposit, shipping by sea, rail or air per your forwarder.
