Product Overview
A vertical screw conveyor lifts bulk material straight up in a single pipe, which makes it the most space-efficient way to fill silos, bins and truck tanks where an inclined belt or bucket elevator will not fit. This 160mm unit handles grain, seed, pellets and powder at 8-10 T/H with a lifting height from 6m to 10m.

- Vertical screw inside a seamless steel pipe with flange joints, assembled on site without welding.
- Top-mounted drive with anti-rotation device and thrust bearing to carry the column weight.
- Adjustable feed gate at the inlet hopper to control the filling rate and avoid overloading.

Selection & Customization
Vertical conveyors require the inlet to be flooded evenly. Tell us the material, bulk density, lifting height and silo top opening size, and we will size the pipe, speed and motor. Stainless steel pipe, explosion-proof motor and a dust-free telescopic discharge spout are available.
Packing & Delivery
The machine is wrapped with waterproof film, fixed on a steel pallet and packed in a fumigation-free export wooden case. Spare parts, motor and control cabinet are packed separately. Delivery time is 7-15 working days after deposit, shipping by sea, rail or air per your forwarder.
FAQ
Q: Why does the motor need a thrust bearing?
A: The whole weight of the vertical screw column rests on the top bearing, so a heavy duty thrust bearing and anti-rotation device are essential.
Q: What is the maximum lifting height?
A: Up to 18m with the 200mm model; beyond that a bucket elevator is usually more economical.
