Plastic Pellet Screw Conveyor with Stainless Tube

Product Overview
Plastic granules are easily damaged and easily contaminated. This tubular screw conveyor moves PVC, PP, PE and ABS pellets at low speed through a polished 304 stainless tube, so the granule surface stays intact, fines generation is minimised and no dust or moisture reaches the material between the silo and the machine hopper.

Selection & Customization
Tell us the resin type, bulk density, granule size and the horizontal or inclined route from silo to machine. We can supply a stainless hopper with level sensor, a magnetic grid, and a variable frequency drive so the feeder follows the machine consumption rate.
Packing & Delivery
The machine is wrapped with waterproof film, fixed on a steel pallet and packed in a fumigation-free export wooden case. Spare parts, motor and control cabinet are packed separately. Delivery time is 7-15 working days after deposit, shipping by sea, rail or air per your forwarder.
FAQ
Q: Will the screw damage the pellets?
A: At 120 r/min and with a polished tube the attrition is very low; for glass filled or soft compounds we can lower the speed further with a VFD.
Q: Can it convey regrind mixed with virgin?
A: Yes, the full flight screw handles mixed granule sizes without segregation; a blending silo is recommended upstream.
