Product Overview
Small batches and additives still need accurate, repeatable feeding. This mini screw feeder uses a 76mm stainless micro auger and a 15 litre hopper, driven by a variable frequency motor so the output can be trimmed from a few kilos to 500 kg per hour. It is compact enough for a laboratory bench and robust enough for a pilot production line.

Selection & Customization
For accurate dosing please tell us the material bulk density, target output in kg/h and the required accuracy. We can supply a weighing platform, a loss-in-weight control option and a 316L stainless contact part version for corrosive or food grade products.
Packing & Delivery
The machine is wrapped with waterproof film, fixed on a steel pallet and packed in a fumigation-free export wooden case. Spare parts, motor and control cabinet are packed separately. Delivery time is 7-15 working days after deposit, shipping by sea, rail or air per your forwarder.

Q: How accurate is the dosing?
A: With a variable frequency drive and a calibrated screw, repeatability is typically within plus or minus 2% of the set output for free flowing powder.
Q: Can it dose cohesive powder?
A: Yes, with the optional vibrator on the hopper and a larger pitch screw; please send us a sample description so we can advise.
