Grain/Dough/Meat Stainless Steel Vertical Continuous Screw Conveyor Feeder
Screw conveyor is devided in two types of horizontal conveyor and vertical conveyor, its mainly used for all kinds of powder, particles, small block and loose material transport and vertical lifting.
Screw conveyor is suitable for Powder, granule, patch and scattered material such as cement, dust coal, food, fertilizer, inder, sand, The temperature must be less than 200 °C. Not suitable for the material of easily deteriorated, viscosity and easily lump.
Machine Feature
2. Product funnel is design to be adjustable vibrate, which lead to avoid product blocking and improve the adaptation of different products.
3. Product funnel can separate from the tube for easy assembly.
4. Special anti-dust design to protect bearing from dust.
5. In order to convenience machine cleaning, following functions are added in: auger can reverse for emptying the tube, product discharge gate is mounted in the bottom of the funnel, auger can be disassemble for washing.
