Product Description
Introduction
The rotary vibrating screen is driven by a vertical motor as its vibration source, with eccentric hammers installed on both sides of the motor. By adjusting the phase angle between the upper and lower eccentric hammers, the motion trajectory of the screen surface can be altered.
This screen can be fitted with a screen mesh cleaning system to effectively prevent blockage.
Thanks to its vertical, horizontal and inclined motions, the material path on the screen can be precisely controlled by adjusting the angle of the two eccentric weights.

- Small size, light weight, saving space.
- The direction of the discharge port can be adjusted, coarse and fine material automatically discharged.
- No mesh plug, no powder flying, the smallest screen can be up to 500 mesh (28 microns), the smallest filter up to 5 microns.
- Single layer rotary vibration screen with unique grid design, long-term use of screen, easy to change screen mesh, only 3-5 minutes, simple operation, easy to clean.
- No mechanical action, easy maintenance, can be single or multi-layer, contact part of the material is made of stainless steel (except for medical use).
- Any solid, liquid, powder, granules, slurry materials within a certain range can be screened.
